Festive Afternoon Tea by the Sea
Afternoon Tea by the Sea takes on a very seasonal atmosphere from Friday 1st December. Expect Christmassy treats, spices and a festive feel-good factor. Treat someone to a leisurely Festive Afternoon Tea – book anytime between 1pm and 3pm (Monday to Saturday) and stay as long as you like.
The cost is €29.95 per person or €34.95 with a glass of celebration bubbles. We offer a gluten-free option and ask you to request this when you book. Our Festive Afternoon Tea commences on Monday 1st December and runs through until Saturday 3rd January (excluding 23rd-28th December).

Christmas Day Lunch at Home
Sometimes you can have the best of both worlds! Why not have your Christmas Lunch prepared by our talented team of chefs and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home? Collect it from the hotel between 12noon and 1pm on Christmas Day for perfect festive fare.
The cost for main courses is €30 per person, with starters and desserts at €15. You’ll need to pre-order and pre-pay by Monday 22nd December so it’s all seamless on the day.

The Chef’s Table Dining Experience – The Festive Edition

This intimate festive celebration is a truly unforgettable dining experience by the sea. Ideal for food and wine lovers, the festive edition of The Chef’s Table takes place in our newly refurbished Atlantic Suite with the majestic wild Atlantic Ocean as your backdrop.
The elegant meal is specially designed 7-course menu (wine pairing available) using seasonal, locally sourced produce and ingredients. It’s a special night, one to remember for years to come! No need rush home either – we have some very special overnight rates on offer.

Ocean Spa Christmas Night
Thursday 20th November 7–9pm
Christmas at the hotel begins with this lovely evening in the Ocean Spa hosted by Spa Manager Majella. It’s a great chance to cross a few names off your Christmas list with hampers, gift sets and vouchers while you enjoy canapes and a glass of Prosecco. Live music adds to the festive atmosphere.
We’re proud to showcase the new thermal area complete with salt cave, steam room and ice bath. We’re also launching our new luxury selection of Payot facials. All guests at the Christmas Night will be entered in a fabulous competition with a top prize of a Day in the Ocean Spa for Four followed by Afternoon Tea.
Santa Paws

Now Santa comes to everyone in the family – in conjunction with the local NSPCA we’re proud to present Santa Paws. Bring your beloved dog to visit Santa Paws for a family experience to remember.
A family ticket costs €50 and includes a donation to the NSPCA, a special festive treat for your pup plus coffee and cookies for up to six people. Well behaved hounds (and people!) only please. Booking is essential as we don’t want anyone to be disappointed.

Christmas Market
Sunday 30th November 11-4pm
We love hosting this festive Christmas Market, bringing together the best of local crafts, arts, and handmade treasures. A glorious assortment of stalls jostle for attention in the hotel lobby and Atlantic Room showcasing their yuletide wares. There’s so much to browse through.
We welcome stall holders to join us for this special annual event. A nominal charge of €10 per stall (pre-paid), offers everyone an opportunity to present their seasonal goods to residents and locals in a welcoming Christmassy atmosphere.

Boogie Bingo, Monster Raffle, Dinner & DJ till late

The Christmas season is about to begin and what a treat we have in store for you! Who doesn’t love bingo and dancing?
This could just be a perfect office party night for the work gang ,or a group of friends looking to get together over the festive season. Christmas Elf Lunch & Grotto
Sunday 14th December from 1pm-5pm
What could be more Christmassy than a festive Christmas Village with craft and food stalls piled with seasonal goodies and gifts? The children love Arts and Crafts with the Elves, and we’ll have music, crafts, arts, fun and games all afternoon.
The hugely popular Elf Lunch is followed by a complimentary visit to Santa by the Sea in his North Pole Grotto and of course he has a special gift for every single child.
Tickets for the Elf Lunch must be booked and paid for in advance as demand is sky high. The two course festive lunch costs €30 (adult) and €25 (child) which includes a visit to Santa and an age-appropriate gift for each child. Sittings begin at 12.30pm and are every 30 minutes until 5pm.
Admission to the Christmas Village is free of charge and the Elf games are complimentary too. Don’t miss this lovely family occasion – we enjoy it just as much as our guests do!
