Morning
Wake up at the Ocean Sands Hotel and Spa and head down to the breakfast room to fuel up for the day! Breakfast is served from 8am until 10:30am so you can wake up early or enjoy a lie in before going for breakfast. After, take a stroll on the beach and enjoy a long walk along the 5km strand that showcases Killala Bay. Head towards the dunes, and you will be able to spot Nephin on a clear day.
Midday
After a walk along the beach, grab a coffee and a treat from Waves Barista and enjoy the sea views that the Ocean Sands Hotel and Spa have on offer. If you’re feeling peckish come and try out our lunch menu in the Ocean Sands Bar and Restaurant. Enjoy a delicious lunch while looking across to Killala Bay. Absolutely beautiful on a summer’s day.
Afternoon
After lunch, head down to Enniscrone pier for some pier jumping. Ensure to check the tide times before heading down to avoid disappointment, as you won’t be able to do much pier jumping with a low tide! Or maybe take it east and book yourself a Spa treatment at the Ocean Spa.
Evening
It’s dinner time! Try our evening menu, it’s delicious. We have Spicy Honey Fresh Chicken Wings, or Duck two ways for starters. For Mains, you won’t go hungry as we have different options to suit everyone’s palate such as Roast of the Day, or our Red Thai Vegetable Curry, and more… Make sure to leave some room for dessert. After dinner, head out to our terrace and take in the last of the evening sun. During the Summer we have entertainment in the Ocean Bar daily and Music on a Saturday evening, try out our cocktail menu in the bar, they are amazing!
