The day couldn’t have gone better with the weather being the icing on the cake (no pun intended). Everyone complimented [us on] how nice the hotel was and how good the food was. Yourself and Olivia were so professional and calmed our nerves down the day before and on the day, with nothing being a problem with everything we asked for. Even small things like the crisp wall, we dumped a load of crisps there the day before and on the day we were delighted with how they were displayed. Things like that went down really well. We will definitely recommend the venue to family and friends!”
